PlutoAI uses artificial intelligence models and infrastructure provided by third party technology providers.
When you use AI features, information necessary to fulfill your request may be processed by the AI providers that support those features. Depending on the feature you use, this may include your prompts, relevant project context, source code, files, configuration information, and other information required to complete your request.
We select and configure third party AI services based on the requirements of the Service and may change the providers we use over time.
PlutoAI does not intentionally use your private source code or private projects to train public AI models without your permission.
However, information processed by third party AI providers may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. You should review the policies of those providers where appropriate.
4. Your Source Code and Projects
Your projects and source code are used to provide the PlutoAI Service and to perform the actions you request.
We do not claim ownership of the software or source code that you create using PlutoAI.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to any source code, data, credentials, files, or other content that you provide to PlutoAI.
You should not provide PlutoAI with information that you are not authorized to disclose or process.

PlutoAI is intended for students, developers, creators, and other users who want to build software with AI.
Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to create or use PlutoAI accounts.
Users between 13 and 17 may use PlutoAI where permitted by applicable law and with the consent or authorization of a parent or legal guardian when required.
